Staff were customer-focused.
Booked the hotel for its incredibly convenient and best possible location very close to a college town, and several restaurants, shopping, and kid friendly activities. We were offered a very good service;)))

Overall - beautiful and attractive place with welcoming staff from the front desk attendant to the maids. Central heating, an individual safe and pay TV available in the a double room. Reasonably priced and free breakfast, variety of food and beverages.

Nice stay with a few hiccups
Just wrapped up a night here and the place was pretty cool. The room was large and comfy, but the sheets seemed like cardboard. Loved chilling at the bar, but it wasn't open for dinner on Monday. The restaurant had a tasty brunch-we enjoyed it just before it closed! Could use softer linens.

Family with children will be pleased
The suites with kitchens were really great for our family, I was able to whip up breakfast and keep the kids happy you know. And the staff, they were really friendly, I mean like genuinely.
But look it wasn't exactly a bargain let me tell you that.
